Heritage Special

With Vintage Zinfandel Weekend March 16-18th, we wanted to celebrate our heritage with a Zinfandel Special! In 1927, our grandfather planted 540 acres of grapes in Atascadero (nearby town to Paso) and Zinfandel was one of the varieties. This is why our Zin was brought to the menu in memory of him.
Enjoy 15% off through out March on the 2014 Zinfandel!

No code needed for online, or in the tasting room as we will take care of the discount automatically. Cheers!

Wine4Paws/April 7 & 8: No tickets needed for Wine 4 Paws!
Just join us and a percent of your purchase will go to helping homeless animals!

Austin Hope’s History-Making Cab!

Greetings Wine Linos!

We would just like to extend a hearty CONGRATULATIONS to Austin Hope for garnering the highest rating for any Paso Robles wine ever!  What a feat and our glasses are raised to you!

Read on for the Wine Enthusiast review quote and a statement from Austin Hope…

“Vintner Austin Hope, whose family is intertwined in the rise of Paso Robles, spent years working to release a wine of this caliber. Dark and thick in the glass, aromas of black currant and blueberry meet with roasted coffee, chocolate syrup and baked plum on the wondrous nose. The palate is soft and extremely expressive, with blueberry, black pepper, firm midpalate tannins and a finish that’s redolent of cappuccino candies.” —M.K.

From Austin Hope:

Wine Enthusiast has just released its March Advanced Buyer’s Guide, and as the first publication to taste the wine, I’m pleased to share that it received a 97-point rating from West Coast Editor Matt Kettman.  I’m humbled and incredibly grateful.

My family and I have long been champions of the Paso Robles region and its potential to make some of the best Cabernets in the world. With this score, Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon has become the highest-rated Paso Robles wine in the history of Wine Enthusiast.
-Austin Hope

Hope Family Wines is  on our West side loop and you can choose to “hop off” there on any one of the tours we offer.  We are very happy for them and again wish them a full-throated WOOOOOHOOOOOO!!!!!

Congratulations Austin and family!

New 5 Star Review on TripAdvisor!

Greetings Wine Linos!

We just had another wonderful review from a very gracious customer!  So very sweet of her to take the time to share her “excellent” experience with The Wine Line!  We sincerely appreciate it.  Here’s what she had to say:

Wine Line was excellent!!! We got picked up at our bed and breakfast by Larry (great guy) promptly at 10:30am. He had snacks and water in the van and gave us a run down of the whole day. He told us about each winery on the provided list and said we could pick any 4 or 5 we’d like and he’d make it happen.
We picked up 3 more couples and as a group agreed on our first winery. After that, if we wanted to break off and go somewhere else and join up later, we could. Larry would drive us anywhere we wanted. He knew everyone at every winery and had great recommendations. We ended up staying all together and becoming friends with the other couples. We decided to eat our preselected lunch at the third winery and it was a perfect little break. The day flew by without a hitch and had so much fun. We were back at the hotel and in the hot tub by 5pm.
Overall it was an amazing deal and a day we won’t forget!! Thanks Larry!

Until the next drop.
