Fondue & Zin Pairing
Cap off a fun day at Zinfest with an evening of artisan cheese fondue paired with exclusive pre-release Zinfandels! This is our 2nd Annual Fondue Night, featuring specialty local cheeses.

Marco Polo by Beecher’s Creamery, Washington State: Cow’s Milk — paired with Old Bailey and Especial Zins

This favorite from Beecher’s fleet of artisan cheeses celebrates the great thirteenth century adventurer Marco Polo – credited with bringing pepper and other discoveries to Europe. Beecher’s Marco Polo takes lightly milled green and black peppercorns and blends them with our creamy cheese. The resulting cheese is rich in savory umami and butter notes.
Barely Buzzed by Beehive Creamery, Utah: Cow’s Milk – paired with Vortex and Mustang Springs Zins
Unique espresso and lavender hand-rubbed cheese with subtle notes of butterscotch and caramel. Made from the milk of Jersey cows; this is a full-bodied cheese with a smooth, creamy texture. Barely Buzzed is their most popular cheese and is considered by many to be a great American original.
King Cuts Gruyere, Mifroma, Switzerland: Cow’s Milk – paired with Mustard Creek and Snow Zins
Imported from Switzerland since the 12th Century, Gruyere is one of the most famous Swiss cheeses. It is made from cow’s milk & formed into huge 70lb. wheels in the Alps. Gruyere has an unmistakable nutty, complex, slightly-sweet flavor with caramel notes.
Fondue Night is March 15, 5–8pm. $20/pp regular, $10/pp wine club… includes everything!
Please RSVP, very limited space available. Call 866.335.1918 (toll free) or email tastingroom@peachycanyon.com.
