Clayhouse Schoolhouse: Blending With Purpose Class
Saturday, March 16 & Sunday, March 17
11 am – 12 noon
During Zinfandel Festival Weekend, Clayhouse will offer two blending classes so you can create your very own Adobe Red Blend. Each class will learn the reasons why we blend our wines and will have the opportunity to create their own blend. Each student will study the different components that make up the blend and create their own version to take home. Hosted by our resident Sommelier, Stacey Burkman. Classes are held in the Downtown Paso Robles Tasting Room. Tickets: $20 Wine Club/$30 non-Wine Club Space very limited.
