Friday, May 20, 2011 – Winemaker Dinner in the Caves

Eberle Winery welcomes one of the most sought after chefs on the Central Coast, Chef Charlie Paladin, to create their 2011 Winemkaer Dinner in the Caves. His experience traveling the world and working with more than a dozen cuisines gives him the flexibility to create unique, diverse and elegant courses to match Eberle wines.

Saturday, May 21, 2011 – Tasting Room Hours 10am – 6pm
“Hop off” at the winery to taste the NEW releases and special offerings for PR Wine Festival.

Sunday, May 22, 2011 – Tasting Room Hours  10am – 6pm
Take advantage of the special sales in the tasting room, complimentary wine tasting and cave tours. Voted one of the top wineries in Paso Robles. “Hop off” and check out Gary Eberle’s German style barbecue bites 12-3pm.
