2nd Course…
Tri-Color Beet Salad
Fresh from our Farmer’s Market. Yellow , orange & red beets on top of mixed baby lettuces.  Topped with goat cheese and drizzled with a balsamic vinaigrette 
Main Course…
Wild Coyote’s Zinfandel Braised Short Ribs 

Tender beef short ribs slow roasted with bacon, mushrooms & fresh herbs until tender.  Served with creamy Parmesan Polenta with sauteed spinach & kale
Sweet Course…
Homemade Cheesecake 

Traditional creamy cheesecake drizzled with a wild berry Port reduction sauce
