Copia Vineyards & Winery
Copia, named for the Roman Goddess of Abundance, is a boutique winery focusing on premium Rhône-style blends from the westside of Paso Robles. Owners Varinder Sahi and Anita Kothari produce around 300 cases of wine using premium fruit from their Willow Creek estate and their neighbors in Paso Robles and Edna Valley. The less time I spend writing this stuff the more time I spend in the cellar. So here you go, all the facts with none of the filler. An aesthetic I stand by and believe my wines do too.

LaZarre Wines
LaZarre Wines is a small, family-run venture created by veteran Central Coast winemaker, Adam LaZarre, and his wife, Angie. The brand was started in 2003 primarily as a high-end, single-vineyard Pinot Noir project and has grown to include such varietals as Merlot, Albariño, Sauvignon Blanc, Vin Gris, and Chardonnay. Adam and Angie have created relationships with a number of great growers from which they source their fruit, including vineyards in western Monterey County, Santa Ynez Valley, Santa Rita Hills, Paso Robles and Edna Valley.
