PHEW! What a couple of weeks!!
WOW!! Paso was off the hizz…Paso was extremely busy these past couple of weeks! Not only did we have a much improved, and very crowded, Wine Festival two weeks ago. But, then, following closely on the heels of that, we had a crazy Memorial Day Weekend.
The weather for Wine Festival weekend couldn’t have been more perfect. The temps were in the low 80’s at the highest. Nice, clear skies…just gorgeous. Ironically, due to last year’s smoldering heat the time for the Grand Tasting was pushed back to a much better 3-7 slot, however, it was so much cooler this year it would’ve been ok, either way. That being said, I think everyone’s happy with the new hours.
There was food and music o’plenty out and about among the wineries all weekend long. What a wonderful town we live in! Everyone just havin’ fun, eating good food, meeting new friendly folks, chillin’ out listening to some good tunes, all whilst enjoying our unparalleled Paso wines!
Then, Memorial Day weekend, The Wine Line was sold out well in advance for Saturday and Sunday, had a decent day Monday, and even had a big day Tuesday! Good stuff!
Anyhoo…I’ll be following up shortly with some news from our winery partners, as well as, our plans for Father’s Day.
Until the next drop.
