Wine Region News, a California-based television and radio show hosted by Lynn Diehl, will be featuring Caliza in their Winemakers At Home cooking segment. They’d like to hear if you’ve got any special recipes that you’ve enjoyed in the past or plan to cook up for the holidays that include their wine. They’ll choose one of the recipes and cook from it on the show.

Get ready to join the harvest fray as they host a hands-on (and feet-on) harvest demonstration. Learn all the tricks of the harvest trade, from leaf pulling to crop thinning to ripeness measuring. You will then pick and stomp your own grapes, putting your personal imprint on the 2010 vintage.

Your labors will be rewarded with a traditional Swiss-style harvest dinner prepared by Swiss Chef and Director of Hospitality, Martin Columberg.
