With Halloween  just around the corner, so is the traditional Mexican weekend honoring the departed, Dia de los Muertos.  Join Clayhouse in celebration with their Dia de los Muertos feast.  Here’s their details for the event:

Dear Friends of Clayhouse Wines,

We would love for you to attend our First “Dia de Los Muertos” Winemaker’s Dinner November 1^st from 5:30pm-8:30pm with Blake Kuhn our winemaker out in the oasis at Red Cedar Vineyard. Come enjoy Blake’s great selection of wines pairing with delicious food from Jessie Rivas of “The Pairing Knife”. You can dance the night away with disc jockey Junior Rodriguez playing songs that make you want to dance.

For part of a new tradition of “Dia de Los Muertos” …we will be releasing lanterns in the oasis in memory of our passed loved ones. Come enjoy a magical evening in the oasis at Red Cedar Vineyard with Clayhouse Wines and be among the living remembering those who have gone before us.

Costumes are welcomed…I want to see a lot of painted up faces.

Best Costume will receive a prize!

Hi Red Soles Friends~ Harvest is in full effect here at Red Soles! Petite Sirah, Tempranillo, and Syrah are all fermenting in stainless steel tanks around the tasting room. We picked Viognier yesterday and this morning we started picking Cabernet. The Viognier that we picked a few weeks ago is being distilled on the weekends and the flavor is just amazing! Whether you make it in for Harvest Festival or any other time in the next several weeks, come take in the scene of harvest! Harvest Fest Weekend: October 17-19, 2014 Indulge in expertly crafted wine and gourmet cheeses while enjoying the sights, sounds, and tastes of Harvest Time. We’ll have the bbq fired up out back on Saturday and Sunday and will be serving up your favorite tri tip sliders while you browse our Art Boutique and taste local olive oil  in the garden. All of this is complementary for Soles Club members and $10 for non-members. Reservations not necessary for groups less than ten people. We’ll be here each day from 11 am until 5 pm, please come and say hello and have some fun with us! Check out our vendors below! Wine Club Pick Up Party & Shipment Time November 8, 2014 Pick Up Party We are currently processing our Fall wine club shipment. So many folks have new credit card numbers because of credit card fraud. Additionally, if you have moved or need to change anything else regarding your membership, now is the perfect time to do so and ensure that we can get these delicious wines together for you! You can call us at 805 226-9898 or simply send Tiffani an email. If you are a Soles Club Member and have elected to be a “Will Call Member”, our Pick Up Party is Saturday, November 8, 2014 from noon til 2 pm in our Barrel Room and its not too late to join us! As always, this afternoon includes a FREE lunch for our Club Members. We’ll be pouring some of the wines included in your shipment and serving a delicious lunch by Cider Creek Bakery! If you’d like to join us, just send an RSVP. This event is complementary for members and $25 for guests. November 11, 2014 Wine Club Shipping Date If you are a Soles Club Member and have elected to have your wine shipped to you, it will leave Paso Robles on Tuesday, November 11. You should get an email sent (to the same email address that this reached you at) with the tracking information on that day. Recipients serviced by GSO should have their package the next day, and UPS packages vary depending on where you live. If you have any questions about your shipment, simply call or email and we’ll be happy to help you!
