2018 Eye of the Partridge 

Eye of the Partridge is a unique creation, neither a white nor a Rosé. Crafted from Estate red Pinot Noir, this full-bodied and crisp wine resembles a pale rosé. Peaches and honeycomb draw you into the glass, leading to lemon verbena and peaches. The fruit is balanced by lovely minerality, acidity for a full-bodied white wine
