Hunt Cellars offers a very diverse tasting menu from new releases to library wines, highly acclaimed Bordeaux and Rhone varietals as well as Ports. We always have a couple of whites and a long selection of reds and Port paired with chocolate. Guests love our welcoming staff and comfortable environment with indoor and outdoor seating perfect for lunch or a relaxed tasting experience. When time allows we offer a complimentary barrel tour and barrel samples. The owner and winemaker David Hunt has a long standing reputation for quality wines for over 20 years in Paso Robles. His small production wines are only available in the tasting room and through the wine club offering a unique Grand Reserve style which allows a large library with exceptionally aged wines which is rare in California and a memorable experience for guests.

L’Aventure
Stephan Asseo, owner and winemaker at L’Aventure Winery, began making wine in 1982, following his education at L’Ecole Oenologique de Macon, Burgundy, France. In that same year, Stephan established Domaine de Courteillac in Bordeaux. He and his family later purchased Chateau Fleur Cardinal and Chateau Robin in the Cotes de Castillion, Bordeaux. Over the next 15 years, Stephan developed into an artisan winemaker of fastidious craftsmanship and gained a reputation as a maverick vigneron.
